Before your profile goes live, we have a short introduction chat to verify your details. Once verified, you can connect with clients by receiving job suggestions and invitations from people in the Costa Blanca. You decide which work to accept, agree directly on tasks and hours, and then provide care - whether on a temporary basis or in a long-term arrangement.
Education and skills
We welcome caregivers with different backgrounds, but you should have relevant education, training, or proven experience in home care. This can include formal qualifications, certifications, or hands-on experience in elderly care, nursing assistance, or personal support. In your profile you can highlight your education level, skills, and languages spoken, so clients can clearly see what you offer.

Types of home care you can offer via Anestora
You work as a freelancer - and choose your own clients
To work through Anestora, you need to be a registered freelancer (autónomo) in Spain. If you are already registered as a freelancer in another country, you can provide care in Spain for up to 6 months. After that, Spanish tax law requires you to register locally. This way, you stay independent while Anestora provides the trusted platform to connect you with people looking for home care.
Pricing and payment
You set your own hourly rate, although we do work with minimums, and agree it directly with the client. Anestora charges only a 2% service fee from each side - from you and from the client. Payments are processed weekly once the client approves your hours, giving you security and peace of mind.
